Academics
Senior School, Grades 10 to 12, under the Competency Based Education (CBE) curriculum.
Learning in Senior School
Under CBE, Senior School runs from Grade 10 to Grade 12. Each learner follows one pathway and builds the skills she needs for university, college or work.
Every learner takes core learning areas: English, Kiswahili (or Kenyan Sign Language), Community Service Learning and Physical Education. She adds elective subjects from her chosen pathway. Learning is assessed through school-based assessment and national assessments set by the Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC).
The school follows the national curriculum designs of the Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development (KICD) and the guidance of the Ministry of Education.
The school will add its list of learning areas, the number of lessons per week, and its homework and prep timetable.
